Permanent Employment Contract Contracting V Permanent Employment?

Contracting v permanent employment? - permanent employment contract

I have four months of the contract to the point where I am. The money is great, the people are rude and cliquey, the work is boring, but it looks good on my resume, and the company is not a place where I am proud to work. I received a steady job for less money in a company where I work to be proud of, and has the potential for career advancement. It would be absurd to take this position? Or should I wait for four months and then start looking for a solid body differently? Or should I keep my mouth shut and continue to earn money?
