Are anti-littering laws really needed? - car litter container
I took the same route for almost 17 years to work. Meanwhile, I threw bottles, ropes, food packaging, cans, old newspapers, rags, wood, container of motor oil, old shoes and boots, and most of the others through the window of my car. But after all this time, the road is still the same as always .... not a little worse. Where the need is litter laws and punishments?

Not required. The things that you said that your vehicle is driven mainly absorbed by the earth. It is not a pollutant, but even help the earth, for the exploitation of minerals and nutrients in the soil of the earth. Everything that is not absorbed, can be collected by staff in local jails. Maybe you'll see Michael Vick in the near future.

Newsflash - The road is not personal garbage can. Pity they were not caught, convicted and fined.
